Turning off Siri activation without enabling passcode lock?

Just wondering if there's a way to turn off siri activation (holding down home button) when the phone is in locked screen, without enabling the passcode lock?
Reason being as I've accidentally activated it a few times when I had my wallet in my pocket also.
