Turning on bluetooth (keyboard & mouse)

I am using a bluetooth keyboard and mouse and accidentally turned off my bluetooth setting. I therefore have no control. How can I turn it on again?

You'll have to plug in a USB mouse or keyboard. Mac OS X doesn't let you do that easily if you are using Bluetooth as your input.
