HomeKit Turning on/off my smart plug turns off/on my TV with Apple TV

Hello,

I have this problem since few months now:
My Koogeek's smart plug is connected to a fan, that works few times in a day. I also have an Apple TV 4K, that sometimes is the main hub, sometimes the HomePod is. The biggest issue here is, when my smart plug turns on or off, so my TV's screen resets - like I would turn off my Apple TV and turn it on after that.
Do you guys have such an issue? What could be a problem here?
 
Do you have a shortcut or automation causing this? Maybe one scene conflicting with another in some odd way?
