just curious if there was some combination of case/mount that you could attach to a helmet or some other device used to take videos while skiing, skydiving, driving, and other things gopro's are typically used for.

anyone know if there could be joint functionality with apple watch where you could tell a phone on your head to start and stop recording?

I would think the phone's design, thin and flat, would be a detriment to making it an action cam. If you look at most action cams, they're blocky (GoPro) or long but round/wide (Sony, Contour). While I think "bendgate" is overblown, I'd imagine if you're going into extreme circumstances with a thin flat device strapped to your head, it would be much more prone to damage than action cams that are designed for that purpose.

Just imagine a phone mounted to the top of your helmet.....
Now go buy a proper action cam instead!!! ;)
