Hi All
Apologies if this has been posted before. I have just turned my iMac on for the first time, unfortunately there is an issue with my wireless keyboard :( The 'R', 'F' and 'V' keys are non-responsive. It appears to be only that chain that doesn't work. I was wondering if there is a quick fix to this, or whether I'll be heading back to the store. Unfortunately I require these keys for my registration details, so I can't get past this screen until it's resolved.
To make it worse, as this is my first Mac I don't have a spare keyboard.

thanks.

don't let one bad experience ruin your view on a company! :p in other terms, don't go back to Windows.

lol. TBH I wasn't that upset, slightly annoyed of the extra hassle involved to get it exchanged however I'll be near an apple store tomorrow so no dramas. Hopefully that is the only issue, I'll test it for yellow tinge after I swap the keyboard over.
