Turnoff the verification msg to send e-mail without subject

Hey!

Is it possible to turn of the little question about whether to send a Apple e-mail without subject or not...?

I am scanning in a lot of documents now to our accountant, and I dont need subject for these files. Scanning them directly via Image Capture to Apple Mail.
