Turtle Beach headset or Skull Candy?

Does anyone own this headset and have any review of it? I'm not sure if this is a brand new headset or what, because I cannot find any information on it here, or even doing a google search. It looks like its built pretty tough and nice quality. Its $80, so a little cheaper than the Turtle Beach X3.
