TV App completely broken?

Is it just me, or is the TV app completely broken in the first developer beta

Issues I've seen so far:

• Refusing to create a playlist without crashing
• Refusing to delete a playlist and/or folder (and then, sometimes, crashing)
• Forgetting the view state of any folder/playlist and continually falling back to the default view
• Playlists do not update in real time, you have to click away to another playlist and then back to see the update
• Completely ignoring the item artwork of a newly imported file, so it comes up as blank
• Forgetting any imports you've added when you restart the app!!

That last one is the killer, it seems like it's working, the recently added list is updated (once you click away and then return). You think everything is fine. But then you restart the app and everything you've added disappears from the library; gone! The file is still there on the hard drive where it should be but it's as if it's never been added to the TV app.

It's as if the library file is read only, but I've checked my permissions and everything looks fine.

Anyone else seeing these problems?
