TV app no longer shows "Purchased" in Monterey?

If you open the TV app:

Under the "Account" menu bar section, there used to be a "Purchased" section just above "Check for available downloads..." prior to macOS Monterey. (It still shows up in the "Music" app)

Is this just for me that it's not showing up or this for everyone?
How am I supposed to hide a Movie or TV show purchase since I don't have access to that section anymore?

I can find purchases by clicking "Account Setting" and signing in. THen I can find, hide, or unhide purchases.
