Really stuck with this one.
My kids each have an iPad Mini 2 on iOS 11.3, signed in under their own iCloud accounts (which are age <13) and using home sharing with my iTunes account. In the TV app, I can see age appropriate TV programmes but the 'Films' tab is hidden and I can't work out how to unhide it. I thought it might be something to do with are restrictions but even after removing these there is no sign. I've tried signing out of home sharing and signing back in but no luck.
It seems to work fine on my own iPad Air 2; also works fine on my wife's iPad Air 2 which is again signed in on her iTunes account but with home sharing.
I have tried restarting etc. but to no effect, & the kids' films aren't hidden in iTunes on my MBP.
Anyone have any suggestions?
