TV App showing empty library on Apple TV 4K - AGAIN!

I thought this problem was fixed. I had a missing library for over 6 months on my Apple TV 4K. Then it magically appeared again one day with no word from support that it was fixed. This problem is back again. Signing in/out does not help. This problem also exists on the TV app in Catalina. Why can't Apple fix this? Have contacted Apple Support over a week ago and sent screenshots and logs and no word yet. Itunes Movies and TV Shows apps still work fine.
