TV App using 8+ GB of RAM

I checked my RAM usage this morning and it was surprisingly high so I closed a couple of programs which didn't do much. I opened Activity Monitor and found that TV was using about 8.8 GB of RAM. I wasn't running anything on it. I'd guess that it's a memory leak that just accumulates over time. I closed it and RAM usage went back to normal. I only use TV to store short-term videos to sync to my iPad and iPhone so I normally don't watch anything using the program.
