Hello,
I've just hooked up a TV Micro to my MacBook, reception is coming from cable, not antenna. I expected reception to be perfect when using cable, the same as it is when it's coming off of the wire to my television set. However, I'm experiencing a broad variety of reception quality, from normal (ABC) to horrible (NBC).

Video and audio are affected - with video showing varying degrees of horizontal static and audio sometimes overridden by an irritating high-pitched signal.

Has anyone else used this product? Anyone have any idea what might be causing unpredictable reception?

I don't know a ton about cable - but I know that it looks fine when hooked up to my tv. I expected to get the same through TV Micro.
