TV Provider setting is blank

In ios 13 Settings there is a section titled TV Provider. Just after the section title are the words Time Warner; when I clicked on TV Provider to hopefully correct the entry to read Spectrum, I received the following error message:

How can I remedy this and provide the correct entry?
