Try this: https://www.publicspace.net/ABetterFinderRename/index.html it’s not a dedicated Plex tool (doubt there is one) but it’s what I use when I want to rename a bunch of files.
I am not sure of exactly you are trying to do.

MetaZ might be what you are looking for, I used to use it for everything when I used iTunes, but I don't use it that often anymore since switching to Plex, as Plex does a really good job at matching a a TV show and movies based on the filename.
I still use it for Music Videos and special features on TV shows.
Or are you trying to save yourself the trouble of renaming the files yourself?
