TV Show and Movie Metadata tagger?

I get my videos from various sources (don't worry I don't pirate) and I was wondering if their was a program that auto "tags" the metadata of your tv shows for you. So that the season number and movie poster etc. are all built into the file. Please recommend a program! Thanks
