TV Shows: Bad Guys vs Good Guys

So, I'm watching this series which I won't name since there'll be spoilers revealed. Anyway, watching through the several episodes of each season (almost end of Season 2), the bad guys are still winning. Each episode is basically a chunk of a larger movie that would take about 4 seasons, when the good guy finally wins. At this point, I seriously am considering to stop watching it since I'm getting irritated with it. The good guys hardly ever have scene of victory.

But yeah, that's just me.

Then switch to Southland*, were the so-called good guys have more wins than fails, to use today's language.

* I just watched the entire series, 33 episodes, and it was quite intense. Watching anything else in between or after was kinda strange, as those other series lacked that tight suspense Southland offered.​
