TV Shows Over The Air on an iPhone 3G

Any websites that allow you do this? I'd love to watch some shows while on the go via a simple mp4 formatted website or such.

Even if the quality isn't that great... there has to be SOMETHING available... outside of YouTube and movie trailers?

Most sites require flash (hulu) Sooooo
You might google for it but I doubt your gonna find much if anything.
