iPod TV Shows will not Play on iPod

So i recently purchased the first season of the office. I have Videora ipod converter, i did everything and the files are in mp4 format and go on my ipod fine.

They show up on my ipod, but when i clik them the ipod freezes, it will be a black screen and none of the buttons are responsive, after about 30 seconds it will go back to the menu.

I also have the newest version of Videroa with the fix for firmware 1.1. Have any of you expercienced this problem? I just want to kno how i can fix it?

Sounds like Videora sucks.
