Contestant 1 - Techwood LCD32722HD 32" 720p Tv for £339! Has 44 great reviews. 600:1 contrast ratio

Contestant 2 - Acer AT2720 cheaper at £305, 720p, 27" TV. 1200:1 contrast ratio and dual HDMI

I will be using the TV's for AppleTV, Virgin Media (SCART) and possibly console use. Size isn't really a big deal, as it'd be used in my bedroom. Which would you choose?

Thanks!

unfortunately I am on quite a tight budget right now, I'd love 1080p but they seem to be quite a rarity in the UK, the cheapest 1080p TV I found was £999!

I'd be predominantly using it with AppleTv, which is 720p anyway. I guess your right about going for the bigger size... I can use it for my living room when I move out!

cheers!
