Does anyone know if there is a cheap TV tuner that is compatible with the iBook G3? I was wanting to just record some games in SSBB without having to use my PowerMac G4.

Your best bet is a refurb EyeTV unit from MacSales.com (OWC). Since you're using a G3, probably a good idea to get one that has hardware compression (not the Hybrid - compression is done in software and uses CPU) unless you're willing to go for a Turbo.264 as well.
