Sounds like a great product idea. ATSC reception in the USA is dependant on line-of-site to towers, but a good precentage of the country should be able to get a few channels at least. One of the reasons I bought the Samsung Instinct was it's Sprint TV service that is built in. I don't use it much, but for those boring waits in airports or the doctor's office it's a nice distraction.
