TV/Videos exist in name only after iTunes 7

after i downloaded iTunes 7 (to get the free Lost/Grey's finales) i found out that ALL my tv shows/movies did not update onto my iPod and though they were still listed in iTunes, none of them would play. It's like they're there in name only...

anyone know how to fix this???
