 TV4 - Regional differences?

I have been comparing the Apple TV 4 model numbers in US, Europe and Asia. Is there any actual differences or is it just because it has a different power plug?

Comparison of model numbers (64 GB):
HK: MLNC2CV/A
US: MLNC2LL/A
EU: MLNC2SZ/A
