tvOS 13 beta connection problems

Since several tvOS 13 betas I have the problem, that some apps can’t get a network connection after switching to other apps and then back to them.

As it’s late in the beta cycle, I thought that one of the betas has introduced this problem and was carried on in the following betas. So I completely wiped one of my Apple TVs (all of them have the same problem) having the actual beta installed before. But the problem still persists.

None of Apples own apps seem to suffer from this problem.

Anyone else noticed this behavior?

I think I have connection problems too. Halfway through 13 my TV would no longer recognize the ATV4K during setup. When it did it was amazing what the TV would do even when the ATV was off. The input icon would be the Apple log and the "Magic Remote" would operate the ATV. Not now. When i run the set up sequence, I see the light on the ATV blink a couple of times, then nothing. It worked just fine with I started the 13 Betas. Once I get this taken care of and a final loaded, I am done with Beta programs.
