Had not seen any notification that a new version of TVOS was out, but when I checked (Wednesday, 1/25, about 1500 Central Time) it was there, so I updated.
It DID fix the messy text on the first Up Next item, and looks like it changed the screen the way it used to be, but...it took almost 30 minutes to install (I have not the latest AppleTV, but one version back) with 5 reboots?!?!? When I upgraded to 16.2, it took like 3 minutes or less.
