tvOS 26 issue adding additional users

I cannot seem to add additional users to my ATV 4k 1st gen. It just sit spinning for over 1 hour. No notification on any other device.

The issue is the same whether you enter it manually or via a device.

I've been plagued with issues since upgrading my ATV 4K (1st gen) to tvOS 26. Apps take forever to load and often fail on the first few tries, and when they do finally load, they're blurry and freeze constantly. I've restarted the router and the ATV multiple times. The network in settings shows its connected and signal strength high, but issues still persist. To make sure it's not the new LG OLED TV itself, I opened Hulu there and it worked flawlessly. Wifi on my other devices is strong. And the ATV 4K 1st gen in my bedroom, which I did NOT update (and is even further from the router) works flawlessly. I wish I could downgrade to the older OS because I was having no issues before.
