TVOut not working ! Please Help ..its urgent

Hi,
i have just bought one of the AV cable, so that i can watch my TV channels from my iphone APP to another TV. I am flying out tomm. morning for a week and wanted to watch my DVR overseas.

I could see everything except my Dishnetwark and Xfinity TV. i could see on iphone screen but its not coming to TV. But i could hear the Audio.

I am trying on Samsund 55" LCD 220 Hz TV.

what is the problem here ?

Please help...
