tweak for calendar reminders so they auto repeat if i dont hear/ignore them?

Is there a tweak that will make my calendar alerts auto repeat if i dont hear them the 1st time or ignore them?

RemindMeLater used to do it on ios4 but hasnt been updated to work on ios5

ive missed an appointment cause i totally didnt hear the alert and it doesnt repeat like say a text msg does (3 times)

any tweaks that will give me this option?

It will remind/nag you about alerts such as missed calls, emails, calendar alarms and text messages.
