Tweak/keyboard for voice-to-text dictation?

I'm looking for a tweak that includes a button on the keyboard to initiate voice-to-text. I thought I remember seeing this in a hack but can't recall what it was. I know I can use Vlingo or Dragon or something, but it'd be awesome to have the option of just hitting a button while in a text or mail app to talk the words if I'm on the road.

That's part of the stock IOS on my 4S, there is a mic icon to the left of the spacebar. It was there before the jailbreak.

there used to be a tweak called sirious, which was considered illegal and thats why they removed it, however it did work.

You can pay $20 per year for a service by iMZDL, it not only gives you a voice to text feature on your keyboard but also Siri (and yes the actual Siri, not a fake). Just look around the forum on how it works. (if you don't have an iphone 4s). iMZDL is the method i used. was well worth my money

I ended up buying the 4S because I separated my shoulder and needed it. Never found it for the 4.

Looks like it must have been siriOus.
