Would really love to know if anyone has a tweak that will remove this. It's SUPER annoying! And it's not even accurate half the time...for example, it will say 19% then jump back to 28%?!? Thanks.

PopupBlocker will block most alerts at your request, including this one. I use it to get rid of the equally annoying "This accessory will fry your phone" warning (or whatever the formal wording is, LOL), as well as a few others. Overall, it does a pretty good job and it's pretty customizable; I still get hit with app rating requests that it should be blocking, and it doesn't offer to block the "missed call" popup (though it does block the voicemail one--no logic there). It can also be set so you can dismiss popups just by hitting the home button.
