Tweak to allow me to install an app only available in Canada?

Title says it all. I'm in the US and would like to use TSN's TradeCentre app only available in Canada. Is this possible?

If you open an iTunes CAN account you should be able to. It works for some other markets, don't see why it can't on the iTunes one.

I want to do the exact samething but open a US iTunes account. I can input a US Address but do not have a US Credit Card as required to sign up threw iTunes.

Get someone or yourself to buy a re-loadable debit card from the US and use that, I'd think that would work.

Figured a way around the CC issues. Put my birthday year as 1988 and it let me put NONE as a payment.

I just wanted some free ones right now. But when or if I want to purchase apps. Ill just get a prepaid card like someone mentioned earlier.
