General Tweak to disable "slide to view" on a notification

Say i get a notification, it said slide to view to view the notification in the app. I don't want that. I want to just unlock my phone without having to view the notification by the slide to view way at anytime. Hard to explain...
I want to the slide to unlock 24/7 no slide to view period.
