iPhone Tweak to enable Sprint Wifi Calling

With the announcement of Sprint enabling wifi calling with the 8.3 update is there any hopes of a tweak to be released to enable this feature on 8.1.x ? Don't want to give up my jailbreak but the wifi calling feature would be great for giving the fact my work has a deadzone for sprint

I thought ipcc files could be installed using iTunes.

Just wanted to add that if you use Fake Carrier or similar, WifiCall won't be displayed on the status bar, even if it's enabled.

I have 19.1 now on my phone but when I go to turn on wifi it states that I must contact my carrier to enable on this account. I called Sprint Care and they have never had any instance of this.....Any suggestions I would love the WiFi calling ability but dont want to give up jailbreak just yet
