General Tweak to lock from closing?

Hey all, I was wondering if there is a tweak out there which will allow me to stop an app from being closed in the app switcher or if i have a kill all tweak installed? I use the CCquick tweak to close all apps, but there are 2 that i would like to leave running at all times. Is there a way to do this? Thanks
