General Tweak to open eBay links in eBay app?

It's annoying that email links to eBay don't open in the eBay app - they open safari instead. Could Flex be used to create a tweak to fix this?

I would really like to see something done about this. The tweak should allow the google maps app (or maps app of choice) to be invoked whenever an address link is clicked - no loading of safari web pages should get in the way. Same goes for eBay, Facebook, and the many other apps that replace web pages. I have no idea how to make this work, but considering the brilliance of some of the apps available to jailbreakers, I'm really hoping someone can figure this out.
