Is there a Tweak to organize photos into different albums, without duplicate them?

I mean... i save a photo meme from someones facebook, and it goes to my Camera Roll right? so, i created a new album called "Meme Album" and copy my picture from the camera roll to the meme Album, but instead of copy, it just duplicate it. And i dont want that picture in my camera roll, just in my Meme Album. if i erase it from the camera roll, it also erase it from my meme album,

Is there a tweak for that?

There's "Photo Organizer" in Cydia. But hasn't been updated to iOS 7 yet

There was a free one called iMageSynced remover, it was the only one that worked for me. But it isn't updated for iOS 7 yet.
