i made my homescreen extremely clean, meaning there's no icon, to show off a clean interface and wallpaper, and no icon means i can't launch apps,
i would like to put apps (and folders) in notification center or app switcher, that would be easy to open apps, i found appscenter (Notification center) and superswitcher (app switcher) but none of them are compatible with ios 6, and none of them supports folders

Just asking but my experience is if you can only see 4 apps at a time it's going to be much quicker to search for it. Especially if you can call spotlight with activator gestures.

But that wasn't your question. Besides the two you named i haven't seen additional ones.
