iPhone Tweak to "reduce transparency" and ugly grey folder/dock color

Hi.

I'm still with iOS 7.1.2 qnd iPhone 4S.
If I enable "reduce transparency" I get grey folder/dock and this is ugly with colored background.
How can I change the color and still reduce transparency ?

I tried several month ago some tweak but all these tweaks don't worked. They only work if you don't reduce transparency.
