General Tweaks or JB Apps. to hide icons and move home page dots?

Anyone know of any tweaks or JB apps. that work on 7.0.6 that can hide whichever icons I want hidden and that can move the home page dots?

They can be separate apps.. I know Springtomize 3 can hide icons and completely hide the dots, but I want to be able to just move the dots down a little bit.

I also don't need all the features Springtomize 3 offers.
