Tweetbot not working after security update 2016-002

I just installed security update 2016-002 (in combination with Safari 10.0.1) on my iMac running El Capitan. Now Tweetbot for Mac won't start anymore (error "program stopped unexpectedly"). I already tried a PRAM reset and booting in single user mode but that didn't help. Anyone a similar experience?

Other programs run fine by the way.
