TweetBot to Twitter?!

Ok so on my 4S Apple has the "Tweet" option built into the phone to upload pictures/etc. directly to Twitter. If I link my account through Twitter in Settings but remove the Twitter account can I still go to a picture and select Tweet and it work through TweetBot?

Tweetbot is giving out some bugs for some 4S users right? Might as well just use the built in function
