Tweetdeck not allowing to reply to Facebook elements ?

I was using an older version of Tweetdeck, where I was able to reply and do everything about facebook right from tweetdeck interface .

Thought, the new version would have been much better and so I upgraded it just now and its a disaster.

Im no more able to comment on facebook updates, news feed items, etc.

WHY IS THAT ?

Anyone facing this issue or Im the only unlucky one ?

A good many features were removed from the 1.0 update. You're not alone.

i guess as tweet deck is now owned by twitter , they have decided to make it harder to use it with other social networks?
