iPhone Tweets not opening in Twitter app in iOS 13

Has anyone else who is on iOS 13 lost the ability (from 12) to have tweets open in their Twitter app? The links open in Safari and there’s no longer the choice at the top to “Open using Twitter.” Is this an iOS issue or something Twitter needs to update in their app?

edit: This functionality works on my XS in iOS13, same version of Twitter. I get the Open in Twitter option in Safari. Super weird. Been on the phone with Apple support and they’re perplexed as the only difference appears to be the hardware.
