High and low over the internet I've searched to no avail. Links broken everywhere it reminds me of a particularly bad game of Unreal Tournament 2004 in Onslaught.

However, in a more serious tone, if anyone is reading this and they have this wonderful Add-on, would they consider sending it to me through an IM of their choice. Preferably AIM/Gtalk/Yahoo as apposed to the laborious servers that MSN have engaged.
