Twitter app - only shows RT posts???

So I finally decided to create a Twitter account to follow certain artists and then also downloaded the Twitter app for iPhone.

One thing that really puzzles me is why can I only see RT posts by this person I'm following?? On my Mac it displays everything just fine.

I mean, what's the point of having this app then if you can't see everything?!

I'm not sure I understand the question. Do you mean that you are follwing someone and the only tweets you see from them are retweets? You're not getting updated with original tweets from that person?

If that's the case, I'm not quite sure what the problem is. Maybe that particular person just isn't tweeting as much as they are retweeting?

Yes, all what it shows on my iPhone app are posts with RT in front of them from this person, while on my Mac it shows all the posts!

I really don't get it.
