Twitter app shows one tweet at a time?

I thought I read about a Twitter app that was meant to show one tweet at a time, almost meant to be set on a desk so that whenever you looked at it, a new tweet was showing? Does this not exist? And if not, can someone design it? I generally wouldn't mind one for my iPad so I can have it set up and be like one of those calendars that has a phrase for everyday, but this is a live-updated tweet instead of some goofy phrase.
