Twitter app that has favourite contacts?

Hi all
I'm after a twitter app (if one exists) where you can have a list of regularly used contacts. I'm having problems texting one friend, she can text me fine but mine don't get to her (she's orange and I'm O2) but tweets come through in seconds. I don't want to have to keep scrolling through all my followers just to find her to dm her, it's a pain.

So, is there an app that will do this? OR am I being stupid and missing a function in twitter?
