Twitter app that stays on top?

Anyone recommend a Twitter app that stays on top of all other windows? Want to work throughout the day and have my feed on the right side of my monitor...Native Twitter app didn't do it, Kiwi didn't do it and TweetDeck only put up notifications for each one. Suggestions?

I’ve never been able to find one that does it either. Why don’t you just keep it to the right if that’s what you want? That’s what I do and I can watch it and if I want to tweet I just click anywhere on the Twitter app and tweet.
