Twitter Auto Refresh App

Is there an app on Twitter that will update in real time? How the scroll on Tweetdeck or Twitter works on the Mac Desktop, I'd like something like this for the phone as well.

Can anyone help with an app that does this?

I have my phone Jailbroken and use 3G Unrestrictor so that Tweetbot will also update on my cellular connection.
